11.2 in 53 minutes?
Not bad at all Karl...especially for being out of practice.
8-)

I've been commuting by bike every day (except Monday) for the last four weeks. 7.65 miles, which takes about 35 minutes in the morning (hey, I'm still half asleep!) and just under 30 minutes in the afternoon (best time 25:05). If I go to class straight from work, that's 13.5 miles which normally nudges an hour (best time 57:35).

We don't have showers at work but I have a clean change of clothes, a small towel and some deodorant and that does me fine!
Cheers.
Ian.

Since getting the new car I have been quite reluctant to put the bike in the back, meaning I've not been riding in.

I need to give myself a kick up the bum and get the bike over to the in laws house so I can just ride in from there. With Winter fast approaching I doubt I will be riding in too much from now on.
